This special edition of !!!Sección ARTE, called [META], is a series of files that aims to bring an international audience closer to the singularities of the Paquete Semanal (Weekly Package) and to itself. Through an offline navigation through its structure of folders it shares materials on artistic and research projects that show some edges of the most significant popular cultural phenomenon of the Cuban alternative digital context, the Weekly Package, within which !!!Sección ARTE circulates, with an approximate reach of 10 million users.

4RT-iculos // PUBLICations: Contains a selection of articles and publications on the Paquete Semanal phenomenon. These publications in web format were converted to PDF for the aim of offline sharing.
distribuTION [Paquete Semanal]: This folder contains a series of videos documenting the distribution and circulation processes of the Paquete Semanal and !!!Sección ARTE.
FOLDER -structure-: A complete version of the typical folder architecture of the Paquete Semanal and !!!Sección ARTE without its digital files.
package HISTORY: Shares some files from three research projects that show aspects of the history of the Paquete Semanal.
Puntos d3 COPIA [filling memories -USB-]: Archive of images of different Sub-Matrices (Copy Points) of the Paquete Semanal in several cities of the country.
